  • The product packaging was tampered with during delivery
  • The item is unused and in its original condition

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used hair oil bottles
  • Products with damaged seals caused after delivery
  • Items purchased during special sales or promotional offers
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The returned item passes our quality inspection
  • The product meets all return conditions mentioned above

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may be covered by Gunj Care only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for normal returns.
